With the style of Louise XV, the personal, private spirit of frivolity and cheerfulness, delicacy and gratefulness, begins to substitute the pomposity of previous style. The curve, used very freely takes on dominant role and is accurate by the cabriole foot, richly festooned with bronze plant motifs. The structure, slightly convex with semicircular lines, is complemented by serpentine moldings at the base, and is affected in diagonal veneer. The external decorative motifs, mainly floral or in delicate bronze threading, are taken up again in the interior in soft pastel colors to maintain the faithfulness to the original inspiration.
